Yes, you can order online and collect the products directly at our store in Vila Nova de Famalicão. The Click and Collect option is active and should be selected at the time of purchase.

Our orders usually take between 1-2 business days to be delivered to their destination. During specific festive periods, the delivery time may be extended due to increase in the number of orders.

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that your order will be delivered at a specific hour. Our carriers’ delivery schedule is from 9am to 7pm.

We are unable to guarantee that the courier will contact you before delivering your order. However, when there is any difficulty with the delivery, the courier usually contacts the recipient by phone, using the number provided when the order was placed.
